ABOUT KATHERINE MICELI

I started practicing yoga in my mid-twenties as many do, in an attempt to improve my physical strength and flexibility - little did I know what profound changes and growth would occur in all aspects of my life!

 

I feel most grounded and present when I'm active and I believe yoga allows the best opportunity to connect breath to movement keeping us present and focused.  Practicing staying present and connected on our mats allows us to carry this into our everyday life.

 

I completed my 200HR YTT through the Sacred Movement School in Spring 2015 and I am on a constant journey of learning and growth.

 

I can't wait to practice with you :)

ABOUT JENNA MCKAY

For as long as I can remember the kitchen has been my favourite room in the house. It’s where I can plan and execute healthy and delicious meals for my loved ones, try new and exciting recipes, and where I can dance around singing into a spoon without any shame whatsoever.

 

I’m constantly searching out new recipes, trying and tweaking different ideas until I’ve created something amazing. I look forward to sharing all the incredible recipes I’ve come across with you, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
