Jenna's Treats & Eats: Crunchy Pickled Salad

One of my favourite parts of the weekend, other than getting to spend some quality time with my hard working hubby, is visiting our local farm to shop for fresh produce. This past weekend the farm had beautiful radishes that I just could not pass up, despite my husband’s deep hatred for them. So I left the farm with my radishes and a mission, to find a recipe that would convert my hubby to a radish lover.

After a bit of quick searching I came across this recipe by Tory Avery that sounded like it could do just that. And boy was I ever right, paired with some simple salmon and yellow beans (also curtesy of the Orleans Fruit Farm) this salad was a definite winner with my picky spouse. The only modification I made was substituting red cabbage for white, just because it was what I had on hand. Check out the link below and add this amazing salad to your recipe collection. Enjoy!
